## 1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, weekends and official public holidays excluded).
Any orders placed after 5 PM local time will be processed on the following business day.
Processing times may be slightly prolonged during holiday promotions and peak shopping seasons. We will notify you of any delays via email promptly.
## 2. Shipping Coverage
We deliver goods to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and the majority of European countries.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, remote islands and other restricted territories.
## 3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $5.99 for all orders under $80
- Free Standard Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping worldwide for all orders totaling $80 and above
- Express Shipping: Offered at an additional cost for customers requiring expedited delivery
## 4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery duration varies based on shipping method and destination country:
✅ Standard Shipping: 12 – 30 business days
✅ Express Shipping: 3 – 7 business days
Please note: International parcels could be delayed due to customs clearance inspections, which is outside our scope of control.

After your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to your registered email inbox.
You may look up your shipment status at any time through the tracking page on our official website.
## 6. Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees
All international buyers shall be liable for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges and other miscellaneous fees imposed by your local customs department. Our store does not bear these extra expenses.
## 7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
If your package is verified lost, stolen or badly damaged in transit, please reach out to our customer service team within 15 days from the latest tracking record update.
We will provide a complimentary reshipment or full refund once your case is reviewed and approved.
## 8. Shipping Special Circumstances
- Extra shipping charges apply for bulky and oversized goods, which will be clearly displayed on each corresponding product page.
- Unavoidable delivery delays may occur due to severe weather, flight cancellations, global logistics disruptions and other force majeure situations.
